Specializing in mechanical, electrical, and public health design services, this consultancy takes on a diverse array of projects, including residential developments, schools, and healthcare facilities. As the company experiences rapid growth, they are eager to expand their small team, with an ambitious vision of doubling in size every ten years.In this varied role, you will be responsible for performing heating and cooling calculations using IES VE software and conducting pipe sizing calculations. You'll apply your knowledge of Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP), Electric Air Heat Pumps (EAHP), and district heating networks. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, while familiarity with Revit will be beneficial. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will be crucial for meeting deadlines and effectively liaising with senior staff. While this position is primarily remote, it may involve occasional travel for client meetings in the South-East of England.This role is suited to a Mechanical Design Engineer with a background in building services looking to step into a role with a growing construction company that offers progression, company benefits and a great work life balance.The Role:
