  • Collaborate with consultants to understand client requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Utilise various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Volume recruitment - screening job applications and assessing suitability for specific roles.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
  • Arranging and managing interviews.
  • Carrying out all necessary pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy, relevant legislation and client specific onboarding processes.

  • Customer service focused.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Excellent time management skills - able to manage conflicting or changing priorities on a daily basis.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Experience in working to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, administration or a related field is preferred.
