Production Administrator

Pearson Whiffin Recruitment are proud to be working exclusively with a well-established manufacturing company based in the Maidstone area who are looking for an enthusiastic Production Administrator to join their team.  As a Production Administrator, you will be the glue between Sales and Production, ensuring that everything runs smoothly!

Duties include:

  • Creating production paperwork.
  • Processing orders.
  • Raising purchase orders and ensuring they match invoices.
  • Ordering materials from suppliers.
  • Ensuring materials are quality checked and up to standard before dispatch.
  • Dealing with queries regarding orders, lead times and dispatch dates.
  • Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when appropriate.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.

To be considered for this role, you must have/be:

  • Experience in a similar role within manufacturing.
  • An understanding of production/manufacturing processes.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A meticulous attention to detail.
