Description
- Develop and implement a scalable, market-leading packaging strategy, anticipating customer and consumer trends while creating a road map to meet future needs.
- Align strategic priorities to support commercial adaptation to evolving UK packaging legislation, waste management infrastructure, and changing business or customer requirements.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key packaging suppliers and waste management providers to identify, develop, and implement commercially viable packaging and technology solutions.
- Oversee the packaging development process from customer brief to production trials and launch, ensuring all new and existing products meet operational, commercial, and environmental standards.
Profile
- Experience working with short shelf life produce.
- At least five years of experience in food packaging development.
- Proven track record of introducing innovative packaging solutions to the market.
- Recent experience collaborating with major food retailers.
