We have an urgent requirement for a HR Officer to join our client's busy team in Maidstone on a 6 month temporary basis.
You will have a responsibility to:
- Ensure all information is secured confidentially in compliance with GDPR
- Submit payroll details accurately
- Work towards deadlines
- Identify whether something needs escalating
Duties will include:
- Administration relating to absences, on boarding, contract changes and leavers
- Update the system for any payroll or contract changes in line with deadlines
- Prepare documents for new starters and leavers
- Conduct exit interviews with colleagues
- Liaise with other departments e.g. payroll regarding pay, pensions or time sensitive submission deadlines
- Support the HR policy with identifying trends to evolve or for example updating HR policies
This role is Monday to Friday (37 hours per week) and the desk is covered 8-6 on a rota basis. This role pays £14.42ph with the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week after training.
