Description

  • Administer the end-to-end payroll process for a large workforce.
  • Responsible for the statutory calculations
  • Manage and resolve payroll-related queries.
  • Contribute to the improvement of payroll processes.
  • Assist with the preparation of payroll reports.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company policies.
  • Liaise with the Accounting & Finance department on related matters.
  • Support the team with other administrative tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Payroll Officer should have:

  • Proficient knowledge in payroll functions and legislation.
  • Adequate experience in an Accounting & Finance role.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • A qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field is desirable.
