Description
- Administer the end-to-end payroll process for a large workforce.
- Responsible for the statutory calculations
- Manage and resolve payroll-related queries.
- Contribute to the improvement of payroll processes.
- Assist with the preparation of payroll reports.
- Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company policies.
- Liaise with the Accounting & Finance department on related matters.
- Support the team with other administrative tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Payroll Officer should have:
- Proficient knowledge in payroll functions and legislation.
- Adequate experience in an Accounting & Finance role.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- A qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field is desirable.
