About the RoleThis position is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional with 2+ years of residential sales experience, particularly in viewings, negotiations, and valuations to bring new stock onto the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting property viewings and managing negotiations
- Securing valuations and winning new instructions
- Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Driving sales performance and achieving targets
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proven track record in sales and valuations
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- A proactive and results-driven approach
- Local market knowledge is preferred but not essential
- Salary: £25K (Realistic OTE £42K)
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM | Reduced hours on Saturday
