About the Role

This position is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional with 2+ years of residential sales experience, particularly in viewings, negotiations, and valuations to bring new stock onto the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting property viewings and managing negotiations
  • Securing valuations and winning new instructions
  • Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Driving sales performance and achieving targets
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A proven track record in sales and valuations
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • A proactive and results-driven approach
  • Local market knowledge is preferred but not essential
