New Freelance Quantity Surveyor position that is outside of IR35 has just landed. Are you looking for a new start in central Kent.

  • Position: Quantity Surveyor
  • Contract type: Freelance
  • Day rate: 350-400 per day (outside of IR35). PAYE rates will differ

The company:

A regional contractor offering full turnkey building solutions which include groundworks, construction, housing developments (1 of bespoke to 15 units).

The role:

As the Quantity Surveyor you will be working in tandem with the Operations Director and be responsible for:

  • Administration of contracts
  • Procurement trackers
  • Producing scopes, PQQs, Tender analysis and awards
  • Final account tracking
  • Risk analysis
  • Cash flows
  • CVRs
  • Final accounting (contractor and client accounts)

About you:

  • Experience across multiple sectors and good understanding of groundworks
  • Current or previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role.
  • Educated to HNC standard but time served experience is key.
