Connect2Kent is seeking a customer service representative for an immediate start role, acting as the first point of contact for queries in various formats.
Candidates should have experience in a customer service environment and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.
The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining awareness of data protection and confidentiality.
This role offers a salary of £20,000 per year and does not require weekend working.

About the role - *IMMEDIATE START*

To act as a company's first point of contact, assisting with queries face-to-face, over the phone and via email; ensuring the environment is safe, warm and conducive to working and learning, securing the building at the end of the day.

Experience/Skills

Experience in a customer service environment.
Experience in using Microsoft Outlook.
Work both independently and as part of a team.
Awareness of Data Protection and confidentiality issues.
