Part Time HR Advisor
£30,000 pro rata
Hours - Monday - Friday, 28-30 hours per week
Support the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
Key responsibilites:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, identifying training needs and supporting employee growth.
- Assist with payroll administration, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, benefits, and deductions.
- Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring accurate employee records and compliance with GDPR.
- Work closely with management on HR projects, including organisational change and culture development.
- Promote employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
