The role of Junior Account Manager offers a unique opportunity to spend time based with the customer at their head office in London, focusing on in-store planning and representing the company in an implant role with customer teams for two days a week. It also provides genuine growth potential, enabling you to work with a successful, expanding business while becoming a key contact for a highly regarded retailer.
Junior Account Manager Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to assist in managing and developingcustomer relationships
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer expectations are met
- Support customer sales objectives and contribute to growth initiatives
- Coordinate with customer teams across various areas, including communication of technical issues
- Provide sales, volume, pricing, and margin data as needed
- Continuously maintain up to date knowledge of the market sector, focusing on consumer trends, competitor activities, and product lines
Junior Account Manager Key Requirements
- Experience in the Fresh Produce, Fresh Food, or FMCG sectors
- Previous customer communications, with an understanding of retail customer expectations (advantageous)
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to adapt to the fast-paced dynamics of FMCG
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, both internally and externally
- Confident in communicating with stakeholders in a professional and positive manner
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong data and project management skills

Location: London, Kent, or both
The position will be based in London for two days a week with the customer, offering the flexibility to work either from London or Kent for the remaining days, with one work-from-home day included.
