- Working closely with growers and customers to optimise category planning
- Preparing and presenting reports to key stakeholders
- Proven commercial experience in fresh produce, FMCG, or grocery retail
- Strong ability to negotiate, influence, and build lasting relationships
- Analytical mindset with an understanding of financial planning and business strategy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- IT proficiency (Excel, reports, business analysis)
- Flexibility to travel and work occasional weekends when needed
