Our client, a very well established Wealth Manager is now looking for an experienced accounts administrator to join the team.

About the role:

The main responsibility of the Accounts Assistant is to support the Accounts Manager with business accounting and reconciliation.

The role will involve:

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
  • Working with excel spreadsheets
  • Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits
  • Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
  • Prepare, issue and track invoices
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Basic administration
  • Preparing reports and maintaining filling systems

We are seeking someone with the following attributes:

  • Great communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Analytical skills
  • Organisation and planning, and the ability to work under pressure
  • Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently

Confident and proficient using computer systems (in depth knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, in particular Microsoft Excel and Outlook required)

Confident working alongside senior staff
