Reed Accountancy & Finance is currently seeking an Accounts Administrator for a temporary position with our client in Maidstone. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised individual with a strong background in finance administration, capable of handling a variety of accounting tasks efficiently.
Accounts Administrator Day-to-day of the role:- Processing financial transactions such as invoices and payments.
- Assisting with accounts receivable and payable duties.
- Reconciling bank statements and financial records.
- Maintaining and updating financial databases and spreadsheets.
- Supporting the finance team with administrative tasks.
- Handling queries related to accounts and providing customer service.
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Experience in an Accounts Administrator role or similar position.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
