Reed Accountancy & Finance is currently seeking an Accounts Administrator for a temporary position with our client in Maidstone. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised individual with a strong background in finance administration, capable of handling a variety of accounting tasks efficiently.

Accounts Administrator Day-to-day of the role:
  • Processing financial transactions such as invoices and payments.
  • Assisting with accounts receivable and payable duties.
  • Reconciling bank statements and financial records.
  • Maintaining and updating financial databases and spreadsheets.
  • Supporting the finance team with administrative tasks.
  • Handling queries related to accounts and providing customer service.
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Accounts Administrator Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in an Accounts Administrator role or similar position.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
