Kensho Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting a Service Manager for our well established and thriving manufacturing client based on the outskirts of Maidstone.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Manager who is comfortable taking full ownership of the growth of the department including P&L and budgets. This is a key position in the senior management team.
Main duties:
- Full responsibility of the service department including engineers and office staff.
- Full financial responsibility including P&L, invoicing, contract costings and budgeting
- Preparation of quotes and customer liasion
- Scheduling of works
- Leadership and management of your team
To apply candidates need:
- To be a Mechanically bias Engineer with management experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Excellent people management skills
- A full clean driving license
Candidates with FMCG Manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
