Sonic Summary

You will be working on a specialist IPS (Individual Placement and Support) employment support contract.
This role involves managing a caseload of 20 clients while providing one-to-one IAG (Information, Advice, and Guidance) support.
The salary for this position ranges from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, with the higher end reserved for candidates with strong IPS experience.
Previous experience in employment support is essential, with roles such as Employment Advisor, Careers Advisor, Job Coach, or Employment Consultant being relevant.
You will enjoy the autonomy of managing your own diary across two locations and meeting clients in various community settings.

You will be working on a specialist IPS (Individual Placement and Support) employment support contract. IPS is a clinical approach to employment support that helps people with mental health needs find the right job, not just any job.

In this role, you will manage a caseload of 20 clients, meeting them regularly to provide one-to-one IAG (Information, Advice, and Guidance) support. Strong partnership-working skills will be essential, as you will collaborate closely with health professionals to deliver the service effectively. You will also enjoy the autonomy of managing your own diary across two locations:

Maidstone Community Mental Health Service(Albion Place)

Tunbridge Wells Highlands House (NHS centre off Calverley Park Gardens)

Additionally, you will meet clients in community settings such as libraries and other local venues.

Requirements / How to apply

£28,000 - £32,000 per annum (The top end is reserved for candidates with strong IPS employment support experience).
Previous experience in employment support is essential you may have worked as an Employment Advisor, Careers Advisor, Job Coach, or Employment Consultant.
