We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils to bridge gaps in their learning and boost their confidence to re-engage in a school setting.
Day to Day of the role:- Support pupils with their learning activities in the classroom.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to tailor learning experiences to individual student needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Encourage and support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Facilitate a safe and positive learning environment.
- Engage with pupils in a variety of educational settings, including one-to-one and group sessions.
- Monitor and record pupils’ progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Participate in training and adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Minimum of five Level 2 qualifications, including English and Mathematics (GCSE or equivalent).
- Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential.
