Responsibilities:

Assist in the educational and social development of students
Support students with their learning activities and help manage their behaviour
Ensure the effective implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)

Requirements:

Previous experience teaching children with special needs
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage challenging behaviour in a calm and effective manner
