IT Service Delivery Manager

We are working with a Kent based company who are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to work with and build a strong supplier relationship all with the aim of ensuring business needs are being satisfied, as well as producing MI reports. 

As a Service Delivery Manager you will need to produce monthly service reviews, as-hoc and major incident reports to support expectations.  To be considered for this position you will need to possess the following attributes: 

  • Prepared to work onsite at least 2 days per week, location is Maidstone, Kent. 
  • Previous experience in IT Service Management, driving services across the lifecycle.
  • Experience in Implementing ITIL best practice, ideally certified. 
  • Experience of working with 3 rd parties, ideally including overseas partners. 
  • Strong problem solving, ability to break down complex issues in smaller more manageable pieces. 
  • Ability to work with project teams, including IT Security, infrastructure and procurement as well as other technical staff across the business.
