We are currently seeking an experienced Temporary Agency Lecturer in Electrical to join our team. This role involves assisting with the planning and organisation of full-time Electrical courses, teaching a range of levels from Level 1-3, and collaborating with City & Guilds awarding bodies.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist in the effective planning and organisation of full-time Electrical courses.
  • Teach on a range of levels from Level 1-3.
  • Work closely with City & Guilds awarding bodies to ensure compliance and relevance of course content.
  • Assist the Curriculum Manager with curriculum development and the expansion of the department.
  • Participate in the promotion of courses within the Construction curriculum areas.
  • Engage in marketing events as required to enhance course visibility and student recruitment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy.
  • Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
  • Strong ability to articulate clearly and effectively in teaching and making presentations to class groups.
  • Efficient administration skills to support good student record keeping.
