I am delighted to be working on a new role for somebody enthusiastic with a great attitude looking for an opportunity to get into an accounts/administrative position.The role reports to the Management Accountant and works closely with the Finance, warehousing, and merchandising teams. The primary responsibility is to provide high-level support with attention to detail, ensuring the highest service standards are met for customers and suppliers.Responsibilities include:- Creating customer documents, confirming stock arrival, raising despatch notes, and issuing invoices once stock leaves the warehouse- Updating factory payment dates on the Group system, resolving customer invoicing queries, supporting the warehousing team with delivery haulage arrangements, and ensuring accurate shipping and delivery logs.Previous experience in invoicing would be helpful but otherwise a proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn would be great.This role would be fully officed based but with some flexibility around early starts and finishes and a lovely environment.
