CNC Operator - Near Maldon - Permanent - Up to 30,000 per annum
Stafforce are currently working with an engineering company based in the Maldon area. We are seeking applicants who have previous experience working as a Machine Operator/CNC Operator and wish to undertake training to allow them to advance within an engineering environment and improve their skills and standard of work as an Operator.
Working in the Milling section as part of a small team in a CNC Operator role, you will be responsible for producing 1 off's and small batch work and all training will be provided on the job from our clients highly skilled team.
The role:
* Operating CNC machines (milling) to produce small batch work and 1 off designs
* Inspection of incoming goods and tooling
* Quality control of products
* Ensuring health and safety guidelines are adhered to at all times
The Key Requirements:
* Previous machine operating experience
* Previous factory experience
* Ability to work under own initiative
* Flexible approach to work
* Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Additional information:
* Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm : overtime available
* Up to 30,000 per annum
* 28 days annual leave
