Metal Finisher
Based in Maldon
Monday to Friday - Dayshift - 8am - 5pm
Paying circa £30,000 p/a
The Finisher will play a crucial role in the production process by ensuring that all components are completed to the highest standards. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality, as you will be responsible for finalising products through various finishing techniques.
This vacancy would suit an individual with the aptitude to advance within engineering, some engineering experience preferable - in house training will be given.
The successful candidate would also have the opportunity to advance and learn many aspects of engineering within the company from our highly skilled team.
Skills
- Strong ability to use hand tools for assembly and fabrication tasks.
- Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Experience deburring, straight graining and bead blasting advantageous
- Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Experience with tooling equipment is preferred.

- Hours: Monday to Friday 08.00 - 17.00
- Good rates of pay
- 20 days annual holiday plus + Bank Holidays
- Work Place Pension with Legal and General
- PPE and some work wear provided.
