We are looking for a standout Office Manager to join an energetic creative team. This role is for someone who has a passion for marketing projects, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and brings enthusiasm to their work every day. You’ll primarily support the CEO and, when needed, the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), ensuring the team is always a step ahead!

The Role: You will be at the centre of our clients’ daily operations, acting as the CEO’s “eyes and ears” both in and out of the office. This isn’t just an administrative role – it’s an opportunity to make a real impact on the company culture and productivity. This is a great opportunity if you’re known for your proactive approach and your ability to keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle scheduling and daily time management as the “go-between” to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Organise internal and external meetings, lunches, seminars, and more, ensuring everything is planned and executed flawlessly.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain documentation, ensuring all standards and regulations are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact for sponsorships, working with internal stakeholders to maximize partnerships.
  • Coordinate logistics for events and exhibitions and lead internal social events to foster team spirit and collaboration.
  • Liaise with training providers for company-wide training events, including residential programs.
  • Engage with external partners, keeping our agency top of mind in the marketplace.
  • Ensure all essential documentation, contracts, and insurances are in order, and maintain smooth interdepartmental communication.

About You:

  • Highly organised, with an eye for detail
  • You will understand the events, media, advertising, publications or marketing sectors well.
  • Exceptional communication skills – you’ll be interacting with all levels of the company and external partners
  • Proactive, with a “no task is too big or too small” attitude
  • Able to think on your feet and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Experienced in office management or executive assistance roles in fast-paced industries like ours (marketing, media, advertising, etc.)

What We Offer:

  • ÂŁ35,000 - ÂŁ40,000
  • Hybrid working 3 – 4 days office based depending on projects and 1 -2 days remote working
  • Free Parking
  • 22 days holiday
  • A vibrant, collaborative workspace
  • Opportunities to be involved in exciting projects and company events
  • A chance to make a significant impact on the productivity and culture of the agency
