As Restaurant Manager, you report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and will manage all aspects of the restaurant, delivering the ultimate fine dining experience; this includes taking a lead role in private dining and afternoon tea service. As Restaurant Manager, you will use your natural people management skills to lead and develop our incredible restaurant team, driving our 5* service standards and taking our dining experience to the next level.

Whatley Manoris a luxury 5* hotel that operates like a house and feels like a home. Less than 30 minutes from Chippenham, Stroud, Nailsworth, Tetbury and Cirencester, we are commutable from many locations in Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Yate, Bristol or Bath. We are quite different. Our beautifully restored 18th century manor house hotel and spa offers a grown up getaway in the heart of the Cotswolds. Set in 12 acres of beautifully kept gardens, we have 23 individually decorated rooms and suites and a range of dining options including our Michelin starred restaurant The Dining Room and Grey's, Whatleys answer to casual dining. We also have conference facilities, Aquarias, a luxury spa and gym and our very own 40 seat cinema!

We are AA 5 red star Inspectors Choice Hotel with 4 AA rosettes and are proud members of the Pride of Britain collection.
