Location: Predominantly Working from Home with 2 Days per Week at Our Kemble Office (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum

Bonus: Up to £6,000 per annum

What You'll Do:

  • Develop Key Accounts: Strengthen relationships and enhance commercial performance with designated accounts.
  • Drive Sales Strategy: Identify new customer acquisition opportunities and support the delivery of our B2B sales strategy.
  • Promote Our Brand: Act as a champion for O&CC brand values and promote our B2B sales proposition.
  • Optimize Revenue: Collaborate with the Partnerships team to maximize B2B revenue through our outdoor partnership network.
  • Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding customer service throughout the order process and enhance retention.
  • Re-engage Customers: Revitalize historic B2B accounts to establish new revenue channels across O&CC's retail network.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If:

  • You have a proven track record in account management and successfully growing multiple high-value accounts.
  • You excel at providing client-focused solutions and delivering excellent customer service.
  • You possess a solid understanding of the corporate procurement process.
  • You are a strong communicator with effective negotiation skills.
