The Role: We’re seeking a meticulous and proactive Merchandising Assistant for a fixed-term contract until June 2025. This role is predominantly remote, with a requirement to work three days a week from our office in Kemble. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient merchandising processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate data in range lists and purchase orders
- Input orders and allocation settings into our resource planning system
- Support the Assistant Merchandiser with trading allocations
- Oversee the logistics process, including booking deliveries, liaising with suppliers, and managing warehouse queries
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Merchandising Assistant with a keen eye for detail
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with effective prioritization abilities
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
