Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced HR & Talent Resourcing Manager to join the team in Chorley. As the HR & Talent Resourcing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process, talent acquisition, and workforce planning within the organisation.

Job Duties:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
  • Conduct regular workforce planning and forecasting to anticipate future hiring needs
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
  • 4 days in the office, 1 day work from home
  • Standard full-time hours, Monday to Friday
  • Ad-hoc travel to other sites
