We are recruiting for a modern and forward-thinking business who have sites in Malton and Hull. Due to continued growth, they are looking for someone who wants to invest in their training and qualifications to support its customer base.

What the Customer Services job involves

  • Speaking to new and existing customers over the telephone and via email
  • Processing policies within the department.
  • Dealing with adjustments to customer accounts, general queries, monitoring to check for any potential risks to the account along with supporting the team to look after your own key customers.
  • Collecting payments in line with the Company's expectations.
  • Working on behalf of the customer and liaising with other stakeholders, keeping the customer informed and updated at all stages

Skills required

  • A desire to work within the professional services industry
  • An office-based customer service and administration background
  • Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal
  • Fully computer literate with MS Office
  • Able to learn new systems and processes
  • Willingness to learn a brand new industry and its legislation

Other information

  • Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.00
  • Hybrid working available after initial probation and training
  • 24 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Additional annual leave given over Christmas and New Year
  • Healthcare scheme and a death in service policy
  • Car Parking available and accessible easily from the A64 by car or on public transport
