Experienced administrator required to work Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm in an office based role. On site parking is available.

Excellent IT skills will be at the top of your skills list as well as an organised and strategic approach to your work.

Duties for the administrator will include:-

  • Liaison with internal and external customers to update and ensure smooth progression of orders.
  • Creation of orders on in house system, ensuring accurate inputting of information.
  • Uploading of documents electronically.
  • Printing of documents as required and ordering of information packs.
  • Checking accuracy of documents and ensuring compliance.
  • Prepare and complete all sales invoices as required, checking for accuracy on prices.
