A leading organisation based in North Yorkshire are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their people team. Â
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of People to enhance the Employee Experience and align People strategies with business objectives.
- Coach line managers on improving capabilities through performance and talent systems, and other ER aspects.
- Provide end-to-end case management for ER issues, ensuring fair treatment and compliance with legislative requirements.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.
- Manager training inductions and job evaluations
- Support with HR transformation projectsÂ
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experienced HR Advisory / generalist experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment law, HR policies, and employee engagement strategies.
- Proven ability to manage ER cases with attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a calm and composed approach to challenges.
