IT Project Manager - Malton - 40,000 to 50,000

Principal IT are working with a business based in Malton which have offices across the full of the UK and Europe. They are currently on the lookout for an IT Support Technician to join them on a permanent basis.

In this role as a Project Manager you will be reliable for the IT Services & Business Analysts Projects. As a Project Manager you will be helping by supporting the delivery of all IT services to business with a sharp focus on IT customer service, security and best cost whilst also implementing best practice tools.

Ideally my client is looking for someone who a minimum of 3 year's experience in a similar role and has excellent communication skills, self-motivated, well driven and passionate about IT and has an excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Manage daily project operations and resource assignments.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Oversee budgets and financial objectives through effective forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and communicate feasibility to stakeholders.
  • Provide regular status updates, addressing risks and adapting to changes.
  • Align IT initiatives with business goals and recommend solutions.
  • Gather business requirements using interviews, workshops, and surveys.
  • Facilitate prioritization and resolution of stakeholder conflicts.
  • Build strong relationships with IT and business leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Adapt project work plans as needed.
