Interim Management Accountant, Malvern, Worcestershire 6 months, £50-55K

Well-established organisation based in Malvern, Worcestershire, seeking a Management Accountant to join the finance team on an interim basis. This role will play a key part in supporting our financial operations and providing critical business insights.

Job Description As the Interim Management Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will provide essential financial support to senior management, helping them make informed business decisions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take ownership of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support with Management Accounting and hands on transaction processing, primarily for the US entity.

Posting journals, reconciliations, review of Management Accounts Sales Tax support, payroll review and posting, sales commission calculations

Experience of SAP (R3 or S4) would be advantageous

Requirements

Fully or Part-Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)

Proven experience in a management accounting role, ideally in a fast-moving business environment

Strong financial analysis and reporting skills

Advanced Excel skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
