- PQE: Minimum of 3+ years
- Expertise: Extensive experience in dealing with trusts
- Management: Previous management experience within a Private Client department (experience in other departments will also be considered)
- Leadership: Proven track record in team management and leadership
- Business Development: Successful skills in developing business opportunities
- Education: Completion or progress towards STEP diploma
- Technical Skills: Proficient in legal software and MS Office packages
- As the head of the department, you will lead and expand the team whilst focusing on Wills, Probate, Trusts, CoP, Estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Compensation Trusts.
- Oversee client service, business development, team management and ensure compliance is regulated.
- Offer mentoring and training to the junior members of staff.
- Assist with the shaping of the departments future by driving growth, client service and expansion.
