We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join a brand new, purpose-built luxury care home in a picturesque Worcestershire village. This is a night-shift only role, perfect for a dedicated and compassionate nurse looking for a supportive and rewarding work environment.

Location: WorcestershirePosition: Permanent, Full-TimeShift: Nights only - 4 on 4 off rota (7pm - 7am)Salary: £23 per hour + Benefits Residents: 60 residents

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain the highest standards of care during your shift, ensuring all staff are performing to the best of their ability.
  • Regularly interact with residents, ensuring their needs are met through observation and engagement.
  • Organise and coordinate GP visits as necessary, implementing their guidance.
  • Update and review resident care plans to keep them accurate and tailored to individual needs.
  • Administer medications and maintain precise records.
  • Report incidents, concerns, or accidents to the Home Manager and Clinical Lead.
  • Provide a clear handover for the next shift, outlining key priorities.
  • Offer clinical support and mentorship to ensure staff on your shift are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months of nursing experience.
  • Valid NMC registration.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a small team, setting a positive example.
  • Previous care home experience is advantageous, but not essential.
