This is a hands-on property management role, overseeing a portfolio across Birmingham, Malvern, Worcester, Cheltenham, Gloucester, and Cardiff. We’re looking for someone proactive, organised, and confident in handling both administrative and practical property management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple properties.
  • Conduct regular inspections, ensuring maintenance and compliance.
  • Manage tenant relationships, lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
  • Handle rental payments, collections, and account reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs and upkeep.
  • Ensure compliance with property laws and safety regulations.
  • Maintain records, budgets, and property reports.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in property management.
  • Familiarity with ALTO or ZPG Group software is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of property regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
