The Role
We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Marketing Sales Executive / Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and delivering compelling sales pitches to prospective clients. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Develop and deliver persuasive pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor marketing solutions to meet their objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop proposals and strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing techniques.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.

Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in a marketing sales role or Account Management, ideally within a marketing agency or related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
