We are currently partnering with a leading property developer in the appoint of an Accountant.
You will support with the financial maintenance as part of their property portfolio which covers residential and commercial sectors. Working closey with a team of Property Accountants, working within a larger team in Finance, to deliver a service to clients and their residents.
Experience using business central is essential for this role.
Core responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Group FC and US team to manage the year-end reporting process.
- Deep dive reconcilliations.
- Month end reporting.
- Assist the Group audit and compliance process, serving as a key contact for external advisors.
- Prepare statutory accounts for UK entities and the European Group, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Oversee head office monthly reporting, including forecasts and budgets.
- Collaborate with senior finance to enhance financial processes and ensure compliance.
- Contribute to various projects and provide support to Group Finance and Operations.
