This is the perfect opportunity for an individual who wants to consolidate their knowledge and take it to the next level by building on their advisory, client management and supervisory skills.

A fast paced, client facing role offering varied work from year end compliance through to ad-hoc advisory work with corporate clients across the North West.

Your role as an Accounts Senior:

  • Working with corporate accounts clients including a mix of sole traders, partnership and limited companies, you will be responsible for supervising the preparation of year-end financial statements
  • Work planning and annual timetabling, ensuring that internal timetables are met by more junior members of the team.

  • Inter team communication and conducting accounts duties for audits.
  • Working on financial reporting and advisory duties.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships with both clients and different members of the team including tax and audit.
  • Oversee, mentor and coach junior members of the team, delegate work and ensure work is completed in line with budgets and timescales.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • You will be ACA/ACCA qualified or a finalist.
  • Experience of preparing consolidated accounts and preferably with some audit experience.
  • Accounts production software such as CCH.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
