I am exclusively working with a B Corp Property Management company who are looking to recruit an Assistant Financial Controller to join their growing Finance Team. Reporting into the Finance Director there is a clear path to Financial Controller, key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Preparing multiple entity management accounts
  • Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process working closely with asset management and operations teams
  • Provide accurate financial forecasts and monitor performance against these projections
  • Business partner with development managers to assess the financial implications of potential new property acquisitions or disposals, including investment appraisals
  • Monitor and manage cash flow across the portfolio, ensuring funds are available for operational requirements and investment

Suitable candidates must have experience at Management Accountant/Finance Manager level and be ready to take that next step in their career preferably within the property investment/management sector, be qualified and have a desire to business partner with the wider team.
