We are working with an excellent, reputable company based at Trafford Park, Manchester who are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

You will report into the Group Financial Controller and join a large finance team of approx 10 people. This is an exciting role for someone who is ambitious and looking to grown and develop with a reputable company.

Duties:

  • Preparation and production of monthly management accounts
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Budgets and forecasting
  • Nominal ledgers
  • Accruals, prepayments and journals
  • VAT returns
  • Costings and margins
  • Implementing financial procedures
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Skills:

  • Strong IT skills - MS Excel - Pivot tables/V-Lookups
