- Assisting the Property Accountant on a portfolio of properties.
- Review and analyse expenditure including accruals and prepayments to produce budget vs. actual reports.
- Assist in the preparation of service charge accounts and associated schedules for auditors and deal with any queries.
- Prepare and process invoices for service charges
- Process and pay supplier invoices
- Assist with queries from various stakeholders
- Prepare and process service charge invoices.
- Regular bank reconciliations and processing bank entries including cheques and credit cards.
- Any ad-hoc duties to assist the wider team to cover during annual leave and busy periods, especially as deadlines approach.
- Experience in a transactional role, experience within property would be beneficial
- AAT studier or interested in picking this up
- Knowledge of Excel and experience using accounting systems
