Role Responsibilities
- Developing detailed audit plans by identifying risks, assessing controls, and understanding client objectives
- Managing the execution of audit plans, delegating tasks, and acting as a point of escalation for technical issues
- Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth
- Drawing conclusions, preparing reports, and offering recommendations for system and control improvements
- Reviewing deliverables, including accounts, tax computations, and board reports, for accuracy and compliance
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing responsive and high-quality service
- Working within regulatory frameworks to ensure compliance and uphold the firm’s standards

Candidate Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified with experience in audit within a practice environment
- Strong understanding of UK auditing standards and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple assignments
- Commitment to maintaining high professional standards and continuous development
- £38,000 to £48,000 pa
