• Assist in overseeing a varied and rapidly growing client portfolio
• Work on a broad range of Corporate Finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financial modelling, and financial advice

• Qualified (CTA/ATT/ACCA/ACA) with a minimum of two years post qualified experience with a large UK firm
• Excellent communication skills
• Well organised and confident in managing own workload autonomously
• Good at working under pressure
• Self-motivated, professional and reliable
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel etc
• An enthusiasm to progress within the firm, undertaking continuous professional development
