RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with an excellent company, who are looking to add a Credit Controller to join their head office accounts team based at Trafford Park.
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager and as part of the accounts team, the Credit Controller will be responsible for the timely collection of payments and will be vital in ensuring cashflow remains healthy for the business.
Duties include:
- Management of the debtors ledger
- Posting all receipts to the customer ledger
- Chasing of payments via telephone and email
- Customer account reconciliations
- Setting up new customers and updating existing customer records as required
- Managing the direct debit scheme as needed
- Reconcile company credit cards
- Dealing with customer queries
This Credit Controller position is a key part of the accounts team and would be suitable for someone who is used to managing customer accounts and working autonomously.
