The Equity Partner role will involve looking after a full SME portfolio, taking on an existing portfolio of clients from a retiring Partner. This is a varied role that incorporates strategic, technical and managerial duties. The successful candidate will offer a full range of accountancy and tax services and will become a true business advisor to a range of clients.
If you are a Senior Manager or Partner with strong business acumen, communication and management skills together with a broad technical background then this role could be an ideal challenge.
The successful accountant will have qualified within a public practice environment working with a varied portfolio of SME's. You will be capable of training and motivating staff to exceed client service expectations, as well as ensuring the profitability of the firm.
The appointed Equity Partner will play a full part in shaping the future direction and strategy of this independent firm of Chartered Accountants.
