Description
The key responsibilities of a Finance Officer will include:
- Managing and maintaining both Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
- Preparation of monthly and weekly payroll runs
- Bank reconciliations and expenses
- Posting credit card expenses
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Other ad hoc finance duties
Profile
A successful Finance Officer should have:- Proven experience working in similar accounts-based or transactional role
- AAT level 3 qualified or above
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
