Forge Talent is partnering with a growing retail business to hire a Financial Controller in Manchester.
This role supports the Finance Director and involves responsibilities such as producing monthly management accounts and managing the annual audit process.
Candidates must be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified, with a background in retail or e-commerce and experience in a fast-paced environment.
The salary for this position ranges from £70,000 to £75,000, with additional benefits including a company pension, private medical, and 25 days of annual leave plus statutory holidays.
The role requires a minimum of several years of relevant experience in finance, particularly in retail or e-commerce.

Forge Talent are excited to be partnering a growing retail businesses to hire a Financial Controller on a permanent basis based in Manchester. This newly created role is to support the Finance Director as the business continues on its next phase of growth.

Responsibilities:

Production of monthly management accounts.
Maintain and build key relationships with external stakeholders.
Manage annual audit process.
Act as a Finance Business Partner to the Senior Management Team.
Lead financial planning process.
Responsible for the annual budget.
Cash flow management.
Manage a small finance team.

Qualifications:

ACA/ACCA or CIMA Qualified Accountant.
Retail or E-Commerce background is a MUST.
Solid communicator and able to present information,
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:
