Isaac James Associates is delighted to have teamed up with an amazing FMCG business in the North West to appoint a Financial Controller.
This is a well-established business that supplies the UK and Ireland Market, and Business Partners with a long list of Household Brands to deliver an amazing array of FMCG products into the Consumer Market.
What’s the role?
At the moment the business relies on a combination of a Finance Assistant and an external firm of Accountants to deliver the Month End, Payroll, VAT returns and Statutory Accounts. The first stage of the development of this role is to bring the entire Finance Function In-House.
And then what?
As an exciting and growing FMCG business, the Management Team are looking for an experienced and ambitious Financial Controller who can do more than just bring their systems In-House. They are looking for a Financial Controller with a background in FMCG who understands the intricacies of the Market, and the complexities of a Pan European Supply Chain who can develop a sound financial strategy for the Business.
In short, they need a Decision Maker, somebody who can see the vision the Management Team have for the next stage of development (and the stages after that!) and can work as a central part of the Team to deliver a sound financial footing to help support this growth.
This is a hands-on role for an ambitious Accountant who wants to become a Finance Director in due course.
