An exceptional opportunity for a Financial Controller looking for increased responsibility under a vastly accomplished Finance Director, looking to exit the business...and offer you their role.
The route to Finance Director with this role, is a guarantee.
Joining a supremely successful construction business, with over £20mil t/o and 25% growth forecasted for next year, guaranteed growth, having just secured their largest contract to date.
The premise of bringing you into the business, into this role, is to develop your skill-set into that of a Finance Director ahead of your promotion.
You'll lead on:
- Board-pack production, reporting and presentation
- Strategic commercial meetings with the SLT to steer an ambitious business plan
- Total oversight and management of the finance function
- Main POC for key stakeholder as well as the bank, EOT Trustees and Auditors
- Lead on strategic growth and look at new opportunities
- Construction-sector compliance CIS and new legislations
For any qualified Accountants operating at SLT level, who feel their current business can't offer the level of exposure and experience needed for you to confidently step into an FD position, or perhaps you have an FD above you who isn't going anywhere, then this role is the perfect opportunity to reach your potential..
